Shades of Noir
The brief for this project was to create a digital advertising campaign that can be used across multiple platforms and easily for an upcoming publication called "The three-isms negotiating racism, sexism and classism". In this project, I highlight the different identities of individuals coming together which goes back to ethos of Shades Noir.
The project highlights a community of identities. We are all from different backgrounds, have our different places within society but what defines a community is equality. We may not look the same but we are equal and have the right to be respected. Through this project, I wanted people to recognise that each individual has their own identity, their own background heritage and their own voice; we shouldn’t disregard people but listen to their views and appreciate them.
